Terms of use

These terms govern the use of TremplinCV, an online service for creating and improving resumes with artificial intelligence. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

TremplinCV is operated by a sole trader registered in the French National Business Register since August 3, 2026, under SIREN number 108 343 732 (APE code 58.29C).

The service is accessible through a personal account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Creating and previewing resumes is free; exporting a watermark-free PDF requires payment. Two options are available through our payment provider: prepaid credits per export (with no commitment or expiry date) and a monthly subscription including a specified number of exports. You can cancel the subscription at any time from your workspace; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately: by purchasing credits or a subscription, you request immediate performance of the service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal as soon as the credits are available in your account or the subscription is active. Unused credits remain valid without a time limit.

In the event of a dispute, first contact us at contact@tremplincv.fr. If no amicable solution is found following this written complaint, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Text proposed by AI consists of suggestions. You remain responsible for the final content of your resume and its accuracy. The service does not guarantee a hiring outcome or a salary increase.

You retain ownership of the content you enter. You grant the service permission to process it solely to provide generation and storage functionality.

The service is provided as is. We make every effort to ensure availability, without guaranteeing that it will be free from interruptions or errors.

You may delete your account at any time from your account area ("Delete my account", at the bottom of the My resumes page). Deletion immediately cancels any subscription and erases your resumes, photos and remaining credits. We may suspend an account in the event of abusive use or use contrary to these terms.
